Refund Policy

1. Free trial

Your first 14 days are free and require no card, so there is nothing to refund during the trial. You will not be charged unless you actively choose to continue after day 14.

2. Monthly subscription

The Core plan is billed monthly, in advance. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again after that. Because access continues for the full period you paid for, completed billing periods are generally non-refundable.

3. Exceptions

We will issue a full refund if you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge or a charge after you had already cancelled, if reported within 7 days of the charge. We may also consider refund requests raised within 48 hours of a first subscription charge on a case-by-case basis.

4. How to request a refund

Email learnenglishwithparularya@gmail.com with the email address on your account and the date of the charge in question. We will confirm whether the charge qualifies under this policy.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
