Terms of Service

By creating an account or subscribing to the Core plan, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you continue past your free trial.

1. The service

Parul English Lab provides daily English practice sessions, speaking exercises, and progress tracking, delivered through the Core plan described on our Pricing page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Please do not share your account or resell access to it.

4. Free trial

New accounts get a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start the trial. If you take no action by the end of day 14, your account is not automatically charged: you simply lose access to new Lab sessions until you choose to subscribe. Your practice history remains visible either way.

5. Subscription and billing

If you choose to continue after your trial, the Core plan is billed at ₹400/month, starting on the date you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. We will give at least 30 days notice by email before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. See our Refund Policy for how refunds are handled.

7. Acceptable use

• Use the Lab for your own personal learning, not to resell or redistribute lesson content.
• Do not attempt to copy, scrape, or reproduce Lab exercises or materials in bulk.
• Do not use the Lab in any way that disrupts the service for other learners.

8. Intellectual property

All lessons, exercises, and materials in the Lab are owned by Parul English Lab and are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning use only.

9. Disclaimers

The Lab is provided "as is." We work to keep grading and feedback accurate and consistent, but we do not guarantee any specific learning outcome or speaking result.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim relating to the Lab is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
